What the workspace stores

When you sign in, the application receives a stable account identifier, email and optional display name. Company details, customer and supplier contacts, products, operational records, invoices, receipt references, document uploads and expiry metadata, approvals, verification reasons and activity logs are stored to provide your workspace. Records are separated by company membership. Do not enter card numbers, passwords, passport copies or identity documents.

Use and access

Your information is used to save and display the records you request and protect account access. The current release does not send invoice data to payment, screening, generative-AI or messaging providers. Additional connections require separate activation. Hosting and authentication services process data to operate the application; processing may occur outside the UAE.

Your records

The Books screen exports the currently loaded records. The application displays up to 500 financial records and 1,000 operational records; summary invoice totals query the full database. Contact office@motazgroup.ae for access, correction, a complete export or a deletion request. Accounting records may require retention; a request is reviewed according to applicable obligations. Self-service account deletion and a published retention schedule are not yet available.

Data care

Use only business contact information you are authorized to process. The private document vault accepts business documents and trade licenses up to 5 MB. Access is restricted to company owners and administrators. OCR, malware scanning, authenticity verification and external sharing are not active. No independent security certification is claimed.
